John Tavares led the way for the Toronto offense in Game 2 with one goal and one assist in nearly 17 minutes on the ice. The Ottawa Senators return home Thursday down by two games in this series having dropped three of the last four overall looking to rebound in round one. Defensively the Senators are allowing 2.83 goals on 28.6 shots per game but have given up 13 goals across their last three losses.

Linus Ullmark continued to struggle in the net for Ottawa in Game 2 posting a .857 save percentage for giving up three goals on 21 shots and just over 63 minutes of game time. Adam Gaudette and Brady Tkachuk led the way for the Ottawa offense in Game 2 with one goal apiece. Ottawa did get balanced scoring across the team however as four other players chipped in with at least one assist apiece.
