Defensively San Jose has been even worse allowing 3.91 goals on just under 35 shots per game this season.

Mackenzie Blackwood continued to be one of the worst goalies in the NHL last game out allowing three goals on 41 shots in just under 63 minutes resulting in the loss. Jacob Macdonald and William Eklund carried the load for the San Jose offense last game out scoring one goal each.
