Chris Wagner provided the only real spark of the game for Colorado scoring the lone goal for his team.

The Edmonton Oilers will be back on their home ice Friday riding a 2 game skid overall. Edmonton has been an offensive minded team this season averaging just over 3.5 goals on 33.8 shots but have scored just two total goals during their two game losing streak. Defensively the Oilers have held their own as well allowing 2.88 goals but have given up 8 total goals over the last two.
