The Los Angeles Kings return home Thursday with 41 wins on the year following the two goal loss against Anaheim that ended a three-game win streak. The Kings offense has done just enough this season averaging 3.09 goals on 32 shots. Defensively Los Angeles has been top tier however giving up just 2.58 goals and 28.2 shots despite giving up three goals in their last outing.

Cam Talbot was terrible in the net for Los Angeles giving up three goals on 27 shots to post a .889 save percentage in just over 57 minutes on the ice. Akil Thomas led the scoring for Los Angeles pumping in the lone goal of the game, while two other kings players chipped in with one assist each.
