Wizards vs Pacers Picks and Prediction – 4/8/2025

Gainbridge Fieldhouse will play host to a Tuesday night NBA clash between the Washington Wizards and the Indiana Pacers. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Wizards (17-61) have lost eight of their previous ten games and own the worst record in the Eastern Conference. On Sunday, Washington fell behind by 16 points after one quarter and missed 33 of 45 three-point attempts during a 124-90 road loss against Boston. 

All five Washington starters scored in double figures and were led by number two overall draft pick Alex Sarr with 16 points. Justin Champagnie scored 15 points on 6-for-11 shooting and grabbed 13 rebounds. Jordan Poole added 15 points and five assists for the Wizards, who fell to 9-29 on the road.  

The Indiana Pacers are riding a four-game winning streak and are on the verge of clinching the number four seed in the Eastern Conference. The Pacers (47-31) rank sixth in the league in offensive efficiency and are scoring 117.5 points per game. On Sunday, Indiana assisted on 34 of 46 made field goals and shot 48 percent overall during a 125-120 road victory against Denver. 

Myles Turner knocked down 4-for-10 from long range and led a balanced Indiana scoring attack with 24 points. Obi Toppin chipped in 22 points (9-for-18 FG) and four rebounds. Andrew Nembhard added 19 points and six assists for the Pacers, who improved to 20-20 on the road. 

Indiana F Pascal Siakam missed Sunday’s victory with an elbow injury and is listed as questionable for this game. The Pacers are a middle of the pack defensive team and have no business being favored by this many points. Take the Wizards to cover on the road. Final Score Prediction, Indiana Pacers win 125-115.
