Jazz vs Raptors Picks and Prediction – 3/8/2025

The Jazz (15-47) have dropped 23 of their first 30 road games and own the worst overall record in the Western Conference. On Wednesday, Utah turned the ball over 15 times and trailed by as many as 16 points during a 125-122 road loss against Washington. 

Utah G Johnny Juzang led all scorers with 27 points on 10-for-15 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. Rookie F Kyle Filipkowski scored 23 points on 10-for-17 from the floor and secured 13 boards. Isaiah Collier added 19 points, six rebounds, and six assists for the Jazz.

The Toronto Raptors are six games below .500 at home and are just four games out of tenth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Raptors (20-42) rank 26th in the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging 110.4 points per contest. On Tuesday, rookie Ja’Kobe Walter nailed a three-pointer with 0.5 seconds remaining to lift Toronto to a 114-113 against Orlando. 

Toronto F R.J. Barrett tallied a team-high 21 points. (7-14 FG), nine assists, and eight rebounds. Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, and Ja’Kobe Walter scored 17 points each on a combined 16-for-31 shooting effort. Immanuel Quickley added 15 points, four rebounds, and four assists for the Raptors. 

Toronto F Brandon Ingram (ankle) and G Gradey Dick (knee) are expected to be sidelined until later this month. The Jazz sat several starters on Wednesday and those players are likely to return.
