Jazz vs 76ers Picks and Prediction – 3/9/2025

The Jazz (15-48) are looking to snap a four-game losing streak and own the worst record in the Western Conference standings. On Friday, Utah committed 25 turnovers and missed 23 of 31 three-point attempts during a 118-109 road loss against Toronto. 

Walker Kessler and Keyonte George led six Utah players in double figures with 18 points each on a combined 12-for-25 shooting effort. Kessler added a career-high 25 rebounds and eight blocks for the Jazz, who fell to 7-24 on the road. 

The Philadelphia 76ers have dropped nine of their previous ten games and are 3.5 games out of tenth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The 76ers (21-41) rank in the bottom third of the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging 109 points per contest. On Thursday, Philadelphia turned the ball over 16 times and shot 42 percent from the field during a lifeless 123-105 road loss against Boston. 

Philadelphia G/F Kelly Oubre Jr. tallied a team-high 27 points (9-20 FG), six assists, and five rebounds. Lonnie Walker knocked down half of his ten three-point attempts and finished with 17 points off the bench. Justin Edwards added 14 points and four boards for the 76ers. 

Utah will be without rotation players John Collins (back), Lauri Markkanen (back), Walker Kessler (rest), and Jordan Clarkson (foot). The Jazz rank ninth in the league in tempo and the 76ers are playing faster with C Joel Embiid lost for the season. Look for Philadelphia to win at home in a game that soars over the total.
