Kings vs Jazz Picks and Prediction – 10/30/2024

The Delta Center will play host to a Tuesday night NBA clash between the Sacramento Kings and the Utah Jazz. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Kings dropped their first two games to start the season and are surrendering 124 points per contest. Sacramento hosted Portland last night and currently rank sixth in the league in offensive efficiency. 

On Saturday, Sacramento was torched for 44 points during the fourth quarter of a 131-127 road loss against Los Angeles. Domantas Sabonis led six Sacramento players in double figures with 29 points, 12 rebounds, and ten assists. De’Aaron Fox added 28 points and ten assists for the Kings. 

The Utah Jazz failed to break into the win column through their first two games and could be in store for another long year. The Jazz rank near the bottom of the NBA in defensive efficiency and are allowing a league worst 126.5 points per game. This will be the second of a back-to-back for Utah, who visited Dallas last night. 

On Friday, Utah was outscored by 27 points during the second half of an ugly 127-86 home loss versus Golden State. John Collins tallied a team-high 14 points and seven rebounds off the Utah bench. Lauri Markkanen added 13 points and eight rebounds for the Jazz, who shot a frigid 32 percent from the field.  

Sacramento G Devin Carter underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder and will be out until January. The Kings are one of the top offensive teams in the NBA, while the Jazz are struggling to score. Take Sacramento to win and cover on the road. Final Score Prediction, Sacramento Kings win 121-109.
