Kings vs Pistons Picks and Prediction – 4/7/2025

Last night, Sacramento outscored Cleveland by 13 points during the third quarter of a 120-113 road victory. 

Sacramento G Zach LaVine poured in a game-high 37 points on a 15-for-21 shooting performance. DeMar DeRozan contributed 28 points (10-18 FG) and seven assists. Domantas Sabonis added 27 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists for the Kings. 

The Detroit Pistons are four games above .500 at home and trail Milwaukee by a half-game for fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Pistons (43-35) rank ninth in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 113 points per contest. On Saturday, Detroit missed 31 of 42 three-point attempts during a 109-103 home loss versus Memphis. 

All-Star G Cade Cunningham led five Detroit players in double figures with 25 points (9-24 FG) and nine rebounds. Ausar Thompson scored 18 points (7-9 FG) to go along with 11 rebounds and five assists. Isaiah Stewart added 16 points and eight rebounds for the Pistons, who shot 39 percent from the field. 

Detroit starters Tobias Harris (heel) and Jalen Duren (leg) missed Saturday’s loss. Both are listed as questionable for this game. The Kings rank in the bottom third of the league in defensive efficiency and the Pistons are playing at the fifth fastest tempo. With Sacramento playing on consecutive nights, take the over to cash.
