Knicks vs Jazz Picks and Prediction – 11/23/2024

The Knicks (9-6) are riding a four-game winning streak and are sitting in third place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Wednesday, New York raced out a 16-point lead after one quarter and cruised to a 138-122 road triumph against Phoenix. 

All-Star G Jalen Brunson poured in a game-high 36 ponts on 12-for-21 shooting and dished out ten assists. Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 34 points (12-19 FG) and ten rebounds. Josh Hart added 19 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists for the Knicks. 

The Utah Jazz are looking to snap a four-game losing streak and own the worst overall record in the Western Conference. The Jazz (3-12) rank 29th in the league in defensive efficiency and are surrendering a shade below 120 points per game. On Thursday, Utah was unable to take advantage of San Antonio F Victor Wembanyama’s absence during a 126-118 road loss against San Antonio. 

All-Star F Lauri Markkanen led all scorers with 27 points on 8-for-17 shooting and pulled down four boards. Utah G Keyonte George added 19 points and four assists. John Collins and Collin Sexton scored 18 points apiece for the Jazz, who were outscored 75-51 in the second half. 

New York C Mitchell Robinson (ankle) has been cleared for basketball activities and hopes to make his season debut next month. The Knicks are a well oiled offensive machine and the Jazz will be flat after blowing a huge halftime lead on Thursday. Take New York to win and cover on the road.
