Knicks vs Pacers Picks and Prediction – 6/1/2025

The third-seeded Knicks (2-3) have won six of eight road playoff games and are looking to become the 14th team in NBA history to come back from a 3-1 series deficit. In Game Five. New York shot 49 percent from the field and never trailed during a dominant 111-94 home victory. 

NBA Clutch Player of the Year Jalen Brunson led all scorers with 32 points (12-18 FG), five rebounds, and five assists. All-Star F/C Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 24 points on 10-for-20 shooting and grabbed 13 rebounds. Mikal Bridges added 12 points and five assists for the Knicks. 

The Indiana Pacers have won five of their seven home games during the playoffs and are in search of their first NBA title in franchise history. The fourth-seeded Pacers (3-2) rank second this postseason in offensive efficiency and have scored at least 114 points in each of their 11 victories. During Thursday’s road loss, Indiana committed 20 turnovers and shot just 41 percent from the field. 

Bennedict Mathurin tallied a team-high 23 points (6-10 FG) and nine rebounds in 25 minutes off the Indiana bench. All-Star F Pascal Siakam added 15 points, six rebounds, and five assists. Tyrese Haliburton missed five of seven field goal attempts and was limited to eight points. 

Indiana C Tony Bradley exited Thursday’s game with a hip injury and is listed as day-to-day. New York has controlled the glass in four of the first five games of this series and are a plus 28 in rebounding margin. Take the Knicks to force a Game Seven with a road victory against the Pacers.
