New York F OG Anunoby continued his stellar play with a game-high 27 points (11-13 FG) and five rebounds. Landry Shamet knocked down 6-for-11 from long range and finished with 20 points off the bench. Mitchell Robinson added 14 points and 14 rebounds for the Knicks. 

The Cleveland Cavaliers have won 32 of their first 37 home games and hold a four-game lead over Boston for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. The Cavaliers (60-15) lead the NBA in offensive efficiency and are averaging 122.3 points per game. On Sunday, Cleveland assisted on 33 of 47 made field goals and shot 51 percent overall during a 127-122 home victory versus LA. 

Jarrett Allen led a balanced Cleveland scoring attack with 25 points on 11-for-12 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds. All-Star G Donovan Mitchell contributed 24 points (9-19 FG), 12 rebounds, seven assists, and four steals. All-Star F Evan Mobley (8-16 FG) added 22 points and seven boards for the Cavaliers. 

New York F/C Karl-Anthony Towns sat out last night’s game with left knee soreness and is listed as day-to-day. The Knicks have yet to break through against the top three teams in the NBA.
