Bucks vs Pacers Picks and Prediction – 4/29/2025

The fifth-seeded Bucks (1-3) are a few years removed from an NBA Championship and are staring at the possibility of a third-consecutive first round playoff exit. In Game Four, Milwaukee was outscored in each quarter and shot 42 percent from the field during an ugly 129-103 home loss.

Two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo tallied a game-high 28 points (10-11 FT), 15 rebounds, and six assists. The rest of the Milwaukee starting lineup combined for 15 points on a woeful 5-for-20 shooting effort. Kevin Porter Jr. added 23 points, six assists, and five rebounds off the bench for the Bucks. 

The Indiana Pacers are looking to build off last year’s Eastern Conference Finals appearance and are in search of their first NBA Championship in franchise history. The fourth-seeded Pacers (3-1) ranked seventh in the league in offensive efficiency and averaged 117.4 points per game during the regular season. During Sunday’s road victory, Indiana assisted on 36 of 50 made field goals and shot a scorching 60 percent overall.

Myles Turner led a balanced Indiana scoring attack with 23 points (9-13 FG) and five rebounds. Andrew Nembhard scored 20 points on 8-of-14 shooting and finished with a plus 20 rating. Tyrese Haliburton added 17 points and 15 assists for the Pacers. 

Milwaukee G Damian Lillard suffered a torn Achilles six minutes into Sunday’s loss and will miss the remainder of the postseason. Through four postseason games, the Pacers ranks second in offensive efficiency and are even more lethal at home. Take Indiana to punch their ticket to the second round with a cover at home.
