Bucks vs Pacers Picks and Prediction – 4/19/2025

The first round of the NBA Playoffs will get started on Saturday afternoon, when the Milwaukee Bucks square off against the Indiana Pacers from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. On Sunday, Milwaukee assisted on 30 of 50 made field goals and shot a sizzling 58 percent overall during a 140-133 overtime victory versus Detroit. 

Milwaukee G/F Pat Connaughton erupted for a career-high 43 points (16-29 FG) to go along with 11 rebounds, and five assists. Kyle Kuzma scored 22 points on 8-for-10 shooting and finished with a plus 18 rating. Tyler Smith added 20 points and four rebounds off the bench for the Bucks. 

The Indiana Pacers have won 29 of their 41 home games and are looking to make consecutive trips to the Eastern Conference Finals. The fourth-seeded Pacers (50-32) rank seventh in the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging 117.4 points per game. On Sunday, Indiana needed two overtimes to earn a 126-118 road victory against Cleveland. 

Quenton Johnson led a balanced Indiana scoring attack with 21 points (7-16 FG) and six rebounds. Johnny Furphy contributed 15 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. Tony Bradley added 14 points and 14 boards for the Pacers, who won despite missing 32 of 42 three-point attempts. 

Milwaukee G Damian Lillard will miss the beginning of this series with a blood clot in his calf and could return later this postseason. The Bucks defeated the Pacers three out of four times this season with Giannis going for at least 30 points in each of the wins. Take Milwaukee to pull off the upset on the road.
