Heat vs Bulls Picks and Prediction – 4/16/2025

The Heat (37-45) have won six of their last ten games and rank 11th in the league in defensive efficiency. On Sunday, Miami rested most of their key players during a 119-118 home loss versus Washington. 

Miami G Jaime Jacquez Jr. poured in a game-high 41 points (17-25 FG) to go along with ten rebounds and seven assists. Josh Christopher and Keshad Johnson scored 17 points each off the bench. Kel’el Ware added 13 points and four rebounds for the Heat.

The Chicago Bulls won three straight games to end the regular season and are surrendering 119.4 points per contest. The Bulls (39-43) play at the third fastest tempo in the league and are averaging a shade below 118 points per game. On Sunday, Chicago outscored Philadelphia by 18 points during the third quarter of a 122-102 road triumph. 

Kevin Huerter nailed 5-of-7 from long range and led five Chicago players in double figures with 18 points. Talen Horton-Tucker chipped in 17 points and six assists off the bench. Patrick Williams added 15 points and six rebounds for the Bulls, who outrebounded the 76ers by a 59-48 margin. 

Chicago G Josh Giddey (forearm) did not play during the regular season finale and is expected to be ready for this game. The Heat scuffled when they traded Jimmy Butler to the Warriors but have managed to right the ship. Look for Miami’s defense to be the difference in a road victory.
