Pacers vs Thunder Picks and Prediction – 6/17/2025

The 2025 NBA Finals will continue on Monday night, when the Indiana Pacers travel to the Paycom Center to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Pacers stole the series opener on the road and rank third during the postseason in offensive efficiency. In Game Four, Indiana was outscored 50-36 in the paint and was unable to protect a ten-point second half lead during a 111-104 home loss. 

All-Star F Pascal Siakam led five Indiana players in double figures with 20 points (6-15 FG), eight rebounds, and five assists. Tyrese Haliburton scored 18 points on 7-for-15 shooting and dished out seven assists. Obi Toppin added 17 points and seven rebounds in 29 minutes off the bench for the Pacers. 

The Oklahoma City Thunder have won nine of their first 11 home playoff games and are in search of their first NBA title in franchise history. The Thunder lead the postseason in defensive efficiency and have held the opponent under 100 points six times. During Friday’s road victory, Oklahoma City outscored Indiana 31-17 in the fourth quarter and controlled the glass by a 43-33 margin. 

MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander poured in a game-high 35 points on 12-for-24 shooting and converted all ten free-throw attempts. All-Star F Jalen Williams was a perfect 11-for-11 from the charity stripe and finished with 27 points. Alex Caruso added 20 points and five steals off the Thunder bench. 

Indiana F Jarace Walker (ankle) has missed the first four games of this series and his status for this game is uncertain. The Pacers averaged 116.8 points per game in the Eastern Conference Finals, but have seen that fall to 109.5 in this series.
