Pacers vs Cavaliers Picks and Prediction – 5/13/2025

In the first game of a Tuesday night NBA on TNT doubleheader, the Indiana Pacers will invade Rocket Arena to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The Pacers (3-1) have won three of their first four road playoff contests and are one victory away from their second straight conference finals appearance. In Game Four Indiana outscored Cleveland by 26 points in the second quarter and shot 53 percent from the field during a 129-109 home victory.

All-Star F Pascal Siakam led a balanced Indiana scoring attack with 21 points (9-10 FG) and six rebounds. Myles Turner and Obi Toppin scored 20 points apiece on a combined 16-for-27 shooting effort. T.J. McConnell added 13 points and eight assists off the bench for the Pacers. 

The Cleveland Cavaliers were the most efficient offensive unit in the NBA during the regular season and finished with a 34-7 record on their home floor. The top-seeded Cavaliers (1-3) dropped the first two games of this best-of-seven series at home and have improved their offensive efficiency during the playoffs. During Sunday’s road loss, Cleveland turned the ball over 22 times and shot just 43 percent from the field. 

All-Star G Darius Garland led six Cleveland players in double figures with 21 points (8-8 FT) and six assists. Isaac Okoro scored 13 points and finished with a team high plus 15 rating in 19 minutes off the bench. Max Strus added 11 points and six rebounds for the Cavaliers. 

Cleveland G Donovan Mitchell exited Sunday’s loss with an ankle injury and his status for this elimination game is uncertain. The Pacers are playing with a ton of confidence and are moving the ball well, while the Cavaliers have not been able to recapture their regular season magic.
