Houston G Jalen Green led all scorers with 25 points on 11-for-24 shooting and grabbed seven rebounds. C Alperen Sengun contributed 18 points (7-12 FG) and ten rebounds. Jae’Sean Tate added 16 points off the bench for the Rockets, who improved to 17-7 on the road. 

The Memphis Grizzlies have won 19 of their first 24 home games and are 1.5 games behind Houston for second place in the Western Conference standings. The Grizzlies (31-16) rank fifth in the league in offensive efficiency and are scoring 123.3 points per contest. On Monday, Memphis was outscored by 29 points during the second half of an ugly 143-106 road loss against New York. 

Memphis F Jaren Jackson Jr. tallied a team-high 21 points on 8-for-14 shooting and pulled down four boards. Desmond Bane scored 16 points on 6-for-14 from the floor and dished out four assists. Ja Morant added ten points and finished with a minus 41 rating for the Grizzlies.

Houston C Alperen Sengun is hobbled by a calf injury and is listed as questionable for this contest. The Grizzlies are playing at the fastest tempo in the league, but both squads rank in the top six in defensive efficiency. Look for Memphis to bounce back with a big home victory.
