Detroit G Tim Hardaway Jr. knocked down 5-for-9 from long distance and finished with a team-high 23 points. Dennis Schroder added 15 points, seven assists, and four rebounds. Jalen Duren added 13 points and 13 rebounds for the Pistons.

The Toronto Raptors have split their previous ten games and have continued to play hard for head coach Darko Rajakovic. The Raptors (28-48) have quietly climbed up to 16th in the league in defensive efficiency and are giving up 115.3 points per game. Last night, Toronto was outscored by ten points during the third quarter of a 112-103 home loss versus Portland. 

R.J. Barrett led six Toronto players in double figures with 18 points (9-18 FG) and five boards. Ochai Agbaji scored 15 points on 6-for-11 shooting in just 21 minutes off the bench. Orlando Robinson added 14 points and five rebounds for the Raptors, who fell to 17-21 at home.

Detroit G Cade Cunningham (calf) did not play during Wednesday’s loss and is listed as questionable for this contest.
