Pistons vs Pacers Picks and Prediction – 1/30/2025

The Pistons (23-23) have lost consecutive games and are tied with Orlando for seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Monday, Detroit was outscored in each quarter and shot just 39 percent from the field during a 110-91 road loss against Cleveland. 

Detroit G Cade Cunningham matched a game-high with 22 points on 9-for-26 shooting and dished out seven assists. Malik Beasley scored 19 points in 23 minutes off the bench. Jalen Duren added 12 points and 16 rebounds for the Pistons. 

The Indiana Pacers have won 12 of their first 19 home games and are sitting in fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Pacers (25-20) rank tenth in the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging 115.5 points per game. Last time out, Indiana earned a split with San Antonio with a dominant 136-98 victory in a game played in France. 

Indiana G Tyrese Haliburton knocked down 6-for-9 from long distance and led all scorers with 28 points. Pascal Siakam contributed 23 points on 10-for-18 shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds. Andrew Nembhard added 15 points and nine assists for the Pacers, who shot 52 percent from the field. 

Indiana G Andrew Nembhard is dealing with a back injury and is listed as questionable for this contest. The Pistons shot just 39 percent from the field during Monday’s loss and will shoot better against an Indiana squad that ranks 21st in defensive efficiency. Take the over.
