In the first game of a Wednesday night NBA on TNT playoff doubleheader, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Celtics will tangle at TD Garden. For other NBA action see our NBA Predictions. The fourth-seeded Cavaliers (1-3) are coming off consecutive losses at home and rank a disappointing 14th in offensive efficiency during the postseason. In Game Four, Cleveland missed 33 of 48 three-point attempts during a 109-102 home loss.

Cleveland G Darius Garland tallied a team-high 30 points on 12-for-27 shooting and dished out seven assists. Evan Mobley and Caris LeVert scored 19 points apiece on a combined 17-for-31 shooting. Max Strus added 15 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists for the Cavaliers. 

The Boston Celtics won 37 of 41 home games during the regular season and are the betting favorites to win their first NBA Championship since 2008. During Monday’s road victory, Boston converted 21 of 24 free-throw attempts and shot 49 percent from the field. The top-seeded Celtics dominated the Cavaliers on the glass by a 48-32 margin and led by as many as 15 points in the second half. 

All-Star F Jayson Tatum led all scorers with 33 points (11-25 FG) to go along with 11 rebounds and five assists. All-Star G Jaylen Brown contributed 27 points on 9-for-15 shooting and grabbed eight boards. Jrue Holiday added 16 points, seven rebounds, and five assists for the Celtics.
