Bulls vs Pistons Picks and Prediction – 2/2/2025

The Bulls (21-28) have dropped seven of their last ten games and are clinging to a one-game lead over Philadelphia for tenth place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Friday, Chicago outscored Toronto by 11 points during the second half to pull away for a 122-106 road triumph. 

Chicago G Coby White tallied a game-high 25 points on 9-for-16 shooting and dished out six assists. Veteran C Nikola Vucevic chipped in 21 points (7-12 FG) and 12 rebounds. Josh Giddey added 15 points, seven rebounds, and six assists for the Bulls. 

The Detroit Pistons have split their first 22 home games and are tied with Miami for sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Pistons (24-24) are much improved in defensive for first year head coach J.B. Bickerstaff and are allowing 113.2 points per game. On Friday, Detroit limited Dallas to 17 points over the final 12 minutes to secure a 117-102 home victory. 

All-Star G Cade Cunningham erupted for a game-high 40 points on 17-for-30 shooting and pulled down six boards. Detroit F Tobias Harris scored 17 points on 7-for-12 from the floor. Jalen Duren added 16 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists for the Pistons. 

Chicago G Zach LaVine (personal) is listed as doubtful to play in this game. The Bulls play at the third fastest tempo in the league, so the over is worth a look. The Pistons are the better defensive team and will cover at home. Final Score Prediction, Detroit Pistons win 124-113.
