Hornets vs Hawks Picks and Prediction – 3/12/2025

The Atlanta Hawks have split their first 32 home games and hold a 1.5 game lead for seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings. The Hawks rank 17th in the league in offensive efficiency and are averaging 117.3 points per game. On Monday, Atlanta assisted on 34 of 53 made field goals and shot 54 percent from the field during a 132-123 home victory versus Philadelphia. 

Dyson Daniels led six Atlanta players in double figures with 25 points (10-14 FG), nine assists, and six rebounds. Number one overall draft pick Zaccharie Richaser chipped in 22 points (9-16 FG) and eight rebounds. Terance Mann added 19 points and eight rebounds off the bench for the Hawks. 

Atlanta G Trae Young missed Monday’s victory with a quadriceps issue and is listed as day-to-day. The Hornets are the slightly better defensive team than the Hawks and there is no rebounding advantage. Take Charlotte to keep things close and cover on the road.
