All-Star G Jaylen Brown poured in a game-high 36 points (12-19 FG) to go along with ten rebounds and five assists. Boston C Kristaps Porzingis chipped in 20 points (10-14 FT) and ten boards. Derrick White added 17 points, six rebounds, and five assists for the Celtics. 

The Orlando Magic won seven of their last ten games to finish the regular season and are looking to advance to the second round of the playoffs for the first time since 2010. The seventh-seeded Magic ranked second in the league in defensive efficiency and allowed 105.5 points per contest. During Wednesday’s road loss, Orlando missed 22 of 29 three-point attempts and shot 48 percent overall.

Former number one overall draft pick Paolo Banchero led Orlando with 32 points (12-25 FG), nine rebounds, and seven assists. Talented F Franz Wagner scored 25 points (10-20 FG) and four assists. Wendell Carter Jr. added 16 points and eight rebounds for the Magic.

Boston F Jayson Tatum (wrist) was unable to suit up for Wednesday’s victory and his status for this game is uncertain. The Celtics have championship pedigree and know how to take a stranglehold of a series. The Magic are inexperienced and lack the perimeter shooting to win in the postseason.
