Nationals vs Pirates Picks and Prediction – 4/15/2025

SP Paul Skenes (2-1) allowed one earned run in six innings to pick up the win for the Pirates (6-11). 

Pittsburgh manager Derek Shelton will give the nod to twenty-nine year old righty Mitch Keller (1-1 4.24 ERA) on Tuesday. Last time out, Keller fanned six batters across seven plus frames during a 2-1 home victory versus St. Louis.

Pittsburgh SP Jared Jones (elbow) has been transferred to the 60-day injured list and is not expected to make his season debut until July. Through 16 games, Washington ranks 12th in OPS and 12th in runs scored. For the regular season, Pittsburgh ranks 30th in OPS and 27th in runs scored. Take the under.
