Tampa Bay skipper Kevin Cash has yet to announce a starting pitcher for the series opener. The Rays currently rank 11th in the majors with a 3.86 ERA and have logged 44 quality starts. 

Tampa Bay RP Pete Fairbanks (lat) is progressing well in his rehab, but will not pitch again this season. Through 152 games, Toronto ranks 15th in OPS and 20th in runs scored.
