Cleveland manager Stephen Vogt will give the nod to right-hander Tanner Bibee (4-7 3.86 ERA) on Thursday. The Guardians have dropped four of Bibee’s last five starts and he has allowed 16 runs (15 ER) over his last 30 plus innings. 

Toronto OF Anthony Santander (shoulder) has yet to resume hitting and remains without a timetable to return. Through 79 games, Toronto ranks 12th in OPS and 15th in runs scored.
