The New York Yankees are riding a three-game winning streak and have opened up a five-game cushion for the top spot in the AL East Division. On Wednesday, OF Jasson Dominguez sent the New York fans home happy with a walk-off solo shot in the ninth inning. Cody Bellinger added his eighth home run of the year for the Yankees (29-19), who improved to 17-9 at home. 

Thirty-two year old southpaw Carlos Rodon (5-3 3,17 ERA) is putting together a solid season for the Yankees. Last time out, Rodon (5 IP) allowed one run and fanned five batters during a 6-2 home victory versus the New York Mets.  

Texas SS Corey Seager (hamstring) is currently on the 10-day injured list and his timetable to return is uncertain. Through 50 games, Texas ranks 27th in OPS and 26th in runs scored.
