Athletics vs Tigers Picks and Prediction – 6/26/2025

During Wednesday’s home loss, Detroit batters managed just four hits and struck out nine times. SP Jack Flaherty (5-9) gave up three runs in six innings and took the loss for the Tigers (50-31), who fell to 27-13 at home. 

Thirty-four year old left-hander Dietrich Enns will make his first major league appearance since 2021. Enns, who was signed in the offseason by the Tigers, made 14 starts for Triple-A Toledo and posted a 2.89 ERA. 

Detroit OF Matt Vierling (shoulder) is on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Toledo and could return to the lineup this weekend. Through 82 games, the Athletics rank 10th in OPS and 16th in runs scored. For the season, Detroit ranks 5th in OPS and 4th in runs scored. Take the over.
