The Cleveland Guardians have dropped the first two games of this series and have fallen six games off the pace in the AL Central Division race. On Tuesday, Cleveland 2B Daniel Schneemann connected on a three-run blast to cut the Los Angeles lead to 4-3. SP Tanner Bibee (4-5) gave up four runs in five innings and took the loss for the Guardians (29-25), who fell to 14-10 at home.

The Guardians will counter with twenty-five year old righty Slade Cecconi (1-1 3.27 ERA) on Wednesday. In his last start, Cecconi (6 IP) allowed one run and struck out six batters during a 3-1 road victory against Detroit. 

Los Angeles SP Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) threw a bullpen session on Friday and hopes to rejoin the rotation next month. Through 55 games, Los Angeles ranks 2nd in OPS and 2nd in runs scored.
