SP Nick Lodolo (6-6) allowed just three hits across six shutout frames to earn the win for the Reds, who improved to 48-46 overall. 

Rookie right-hander Chase Burns (0-1 8.10 ERA) will make his fourth career major league start for the Reds. Through ten innings, Burns has struck out an impressive 15 batters and owns an alarming 1.90 WHIP.

Cincinnati SP Hunter Greene (groin) is still experiencing fatigue and his timetable to return has been pushed back to the start of August.
