The Marlins will counter with 2022 NL Cy Young Award winner Sandy Alcantara (2-1 7.27 ERA) on Wednesday. Last time out, Alcantara was roughed up for six runs and recorded just six outs during a 7-2 road loss against Philadelphia. 

Miami OF Griffin Conine has been placed on the 60-day injured list with a dislocated left shoulder. Through 24 games, Cincinnati ranks 12th in OPS and 3rd in runs scored.
