Boston manager Alex Cora will give the nod to right-hander Walker Buehler (2-1 5.23 ERA) in the series finale. Last time out, Buehler allowed two runs in five innings during a 7-4 road victory against Tampa Bay. 

Boston SP Lucas Giolito (hamstring) made a rehab start on Tuesday and could make his season debut later this week. Through 21 games, Chicago ranks 30th in OPS and 29th in runs scored.
