Orioles vs Guardians Picks and Prediction – 7/22/2025

During Monday’s home victory, All-Star 3B Jose Ramirez crushed a three-run blast and scored three times. SP Tanner Bibee (6-9) allowed five runs (3 ER) and lasted seven innings to earn the win for the Guardians (49-50), who improved to 23-24 at home.

The Guardians will turn to converted reliever Joey Cantillo (1-0 4.17 ERA) to make his fourth start. Cleveland has won Cantillo’s last two starts and he has given up seven runs over his last nine plus innings. 

Cleveland SP Shane Bieber (elbow) will make a rehab start on Tuesday and hopes to make his season debut next month. Through 99 games, Baltimore ranks 21st in OPS and 23rd in runs scored.
