Thirty year old left-hander Max Fried (6-2 2.93 ERA) will take the mound for the Braves in this matchup. Atlanta has won Fried’s last three starts and he has allowed five runs (3 ER) over his last 24 innings. 

The Baltimore Orioles are fresh off a four-game sweep over Tampa Bay and trail AL East Division leading New York by two games. Last night, All-Star SS Gunnar Henderson homered on the first pitch and scored three runs to spark Baltimore to a 5-2 road victory. DH Ryan O’Hearn contributed three hits and drove in three runs for the Orioles (43-22), who improved to 22-10 on the road. 

Baltimore manager Brandon Hyde will turn to veteran right-hander Albert Suarez (2-0 1.83 ERA) On Tuesday. The Orioles have won two of Suarez’s last three starts and he has allowed three runs across his last 14 frames.
