The Phoenix Mercury will be in Los Angeles, CA Wednesday night for a matchup with the Los Angeles Sparks. Phoenix comes into Wednesday night struggling as of late writing a three game losing streak following a 20 point loss to Las Vegas last came out. Offensively phoenix was terrible against Las Vegas making only 41.4% of their shots and 31% from beyond the arc, while turning the ball over 15 times leading to the loss.

Diamond DeShields led the way for the Los Angeles offense posting a team high 19 points on eight of 15 shooting from the floor. Diana Taurasi chipped in 14 points as the only other phoenix player in double figures and Sophie Cunningham scored 17 points to lead the way off the bench.

The Los Angeles Sparks will go back home Tuesday night with only two wins through their first seven games played riding a four game losing streak. Offensively Los Angeles shot the ball well last game out making 52.5% of their shots but turn the ball over 16 times leading to the three point loss.

Liz Cambage led the show for the Los Angeles offense with 25 points and eight rebounds in 32 minutes on the floor. Nneka Ogwumike added twenty points on 15 shots and Brittney Sykes scored 10 points as the 3rd Spark in double digits.
