Djokovic has already won the Australian Open and the French Open so this is a great chance for the Serbian superstar to win all 4 Grand Slams in a single season. On the other side of the coin, Denis Kudla enters this match having made it through the qualifiers and into the third round. Denis Kudla defeated Andreas Seppi in straight sets in the previous round. This has been a strong tournament for Denis Kudla but the competition is getting much tougher now and it is going to take a momentous performance for the American if he wishes to compete in this match and challenge for a spot in the fourth round.
Denis Kudla and Novak Djokovic have played each other twice in the past with Djokovic winning on both occasions. The most recent match between these two players was in 2019 at the US Open where Djokovic won in straight sets.
Looking at all the information, I am going to pick Djokovic to win this match. The Serbian superstar is in supreme form and I don’t see how Kudla can compete. I see Novak Djokovic winning this match in straight sets.
