The US Clay Court Championships are set to be played this week. Some of the top players from the United States are set to be playing at this tournament as they prepare for the major clay court tournaments such as the French Open, Monte Carlo Masters and Madrid Masters. Be ready for all the tennis action with our tennis picks.

Ben Shelton is the top seed at this tournament and enters this match in outstanding form. The American superstar had a strong start to the season with numerous quarter final appearances. Shelton recently made the quarterfinals of the Mexican Open and will be hoping he can continue winning and challenge for the title at this tournament.

The number 2 seed at this event is Francisco Cerúndolo. The Argentine superstar recently made the semifinals of the Rio Open but was poor at both Miami and Indian Wells. Francisco Cerúndolo is a good player on clay and will be hoping that he can play deep in this tournament.

Frances Tiafoe is the third seed at this tournament. Frances Tiafoe has a great record at this event and is the current reigning champion. Frances Tiafoe has been in modest form over the past few months with poor performances at the Miami Open and Indian Wells Masters. That being said, Frances Tiafoe is a hugely experienced player and very accomplished. He will be tough to stop at this tournament.

Other players such as Denis Shapovalov, Jordan Thompson and Denis Kudla will all be playing at this tournament. Considering the wide range of talented players that will be present at this event, there will be numerous strong contenders for the title.

Looking at all the information, we see Ben Shelton winning this match. Shelton is the strongest player and has become an elite ATP player over the past 12 months. The likes of Shapovalov and Tiafoe should cause havoc but we see Shelton winning the title.
