Brahmas vs Defenders Picks and Prediction – 4/20/2025

The week four UFL schedule will conclude on Sunday evening, when the San Antonio Brahmas square off against the DC Defenders from Audi Field. Check out all of our free UFL picks. The Brahmas (0-3) rank seventh in the league in yards allowed and are surrendering 28.3 points per game. On Sunday, San Antonio was unable to protect an early nine-point lead during a 26-23 road loss against Michigan. 

San Antonio built the advantage on field goals from YouTube sensation Donald De La Haye of 36, 55, and 33 yards. Kellen Mond threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Anthony McFarland Jr. and finished with 153 passing yards. McFarland added 54 rushing yards for the Brahmas. 

The DC Defenders lead the UFL in yards allowed by more than 40 yards per game and give up 12.3 points on average. Veteran defensive coordinator Gregg Williams features an aggressive blitzing front that has three DC players ranked in the top six in sacks. On Sunday, DC forced four turnovers during an impressive 26-13 road triumph against St. Louis. 

DC scored the first 12 points of the game, highlighted by a 62-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Ta’Amu to Ty Scott. Ta’Amu continued his big day through the air with touchdown strikes to Briley Moore-McKinney and Cornell Powell. Deon Jackson contributed a game-high 54 rushing yards for the Defenders, who outgained the Battlehawks by a 346-173 margin. 

San Antonio pushed one of the better teams in the UFL to the wire last week and will be highly motivated to enter the win column. DC is off to a torrid start, but lost in Sunday’s victory was two interceptions thrown by Ta’Amu. Take the Brahmas to cover on the road. Final Score Prediction, DC Defenders win 21-18.
