Manchester City did a solid job in the Champions League mid-week and have been in tremendous form lately. They will now return home for their next match, where they will play host to Wolves on Sunday. Wolves also did good in their European duties but have struggled in domestic competitions.

Wolves (1-2-4) did a great job in the Europa League on Thursday, beating Besiktas by 1-0 on the road. Last week in the Premier League they also had a nice match at home, where they beat Watford by a clean 0-2. However, that was their first league win of the season, and just their second clean sheet. Wolves are sitting at the 14th spot of the league table with 7 points, just two ahead of the relegation zone.

Manchester City (5-1-1) recorded a clean 0-2 win at home against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League. Prior to that they easily overcame Everton by 3-1 on the road and have now won five in a row in all competitions, scoring 19 goals in that span, while conceding just one. Manchester City are still sitting at the 2nd spot of the Premier League with 16 points, five behind Liverpool and two ahead of Leicester.
