It is now time for the MLS Cup Final, where two old rivals will clash for the third time in four years. The Seattle Sounders will have the home advantage in this match, as they will be hosting Toronto FC on Sunday afternoon. Both teams have done a great job so far and this is the final act for the 2019 season.

Toronto FC did a really good job in the previous round against Atlanta United, but they were also pretty lucky. They conceded an early goal and could have gone down by two at the 11th minute, but Martinez missed from the penalty spot. Toronto pulled even at the 14th minute and scored the winner at the 78th minute for the final 2-1 win. But in the previous round they also needed a late goal in order to beat NYCFC by 2-1 on the road.

Seattle fought really hard in their away match against LAFC in the previous round. Their opponents took an early lead, but Seattle overturned it in their favor with two goals in a four-minute span (22nd and 26th) before sealing the win with another goal at the 64th minute for the final 3-1. The Sounders have been really solid at home lately (4-0-3) but conceded multiple goals in four matches in that span.
