|Game||NY Red Bulls vs Toronto FC|
TOR +0.5 Total: 3
The NY Red Bulls met a really frustrating loss at home against Columbus in their last match and will now remain there for their next task. They will play host to Toronto FC on Saturday, who weren’t very good against Cincinnati but came out on top.
Toronto FC (9-9-5) are coming off a really mediocre performance at home against Cincinnati, where they struggled to win by 1-2. Even so, that was their third win in their last four, but they kept just a single clean sheet in that span. Toronto FC are now sitting at the 8th spot of the Eastern Conference with 32 points, one behind the playoffs. They have not been anything special on the road so far (3-5-2), winning just one of their last seven (1-4-2).
The Red Bulls (10-9-4) took an early lead against Columbus but ended up losing that match by 3-2. They have not been in the best of forms lately, having won just two of their last six matches in all competitions (2-3-1). They are currently sitting at the 5th spot of the Eastern Conference with 34 points, one behind city rivals NYCFC. The Red Bulls have been solid at home so far (7-4-1), losing just one of their last seven (4-1-2).
The Red Bulls have been tremendous as hosts against Toronto over the years (11-3-2). But there has been balance in this venue lately (2-2-1). Both teams have a knack for scoring and conceding goals, so I will take the Over 3 Goals on this one.
