Toronto FC (6-8-5) met a frustrating 0-2 loss on the road against the LA Galaxy, in a balanced match where they conceded both goals at the final 15 minutes. Toronto have been in really bad shape over the past couple of months with just one win in their last 11 matches (1-6-4). They have slid to the 7th spot of the Eastern Conference with 23 points, five behind the Red Bulls. Toronto have not been very strong on the road so far (2-5-2), failing to score in four of their last six (0-4-2).
