DC United put an end to their win-less streak with a magical goal from Wayne Rooney in their last match. They will now remain at home for the sixth consecutive match in all competitions, and will host Toronto FC on Saturday. Toronto also came out of their slump in their last match and will be looking for some continuity here.

DC United (8-4-6) played a really balanced match at home against Orlando City in their last match, where Wayne Rooney scored a spectacular goal from beyond half-court. That was their first win after an eight-match win-less streak (0-5-3) and that was also their first clean sheet in that span. DC United are now sitting 3rd in the East with 30 points, two behind Philadelphia. They have been quite solid at home (5-2-3) but have won just one of their last five matches there. Toronto FC (6-7-4) were really lucky in their home match against Atlanta United, as they scored a late penalty kick to win by 2-3, while their opponents missed on a penalty kick themselves. Toronto FC really needed that win, as they were win-less in their previous eight (0-5-3). They are now sitting at the 7th spot of the Eastern Conference with 22 point, one behind NYCFC. But they have not been very solid on the road so far (2-4-1).

The two teams split the points in a goal-less draw in Toronto earlier in the season, and there has been balance in the last five matches between the two (1-1-3). DC United might have the upper hand as hosts over the years (6-4-4) but they have won just one of the last four here (1-2-1). Gonna take my chances with the Under 2.5 Goals here.
