Torino at Fiorentina 7/19/20 - Serie A Picks & Predictions

Fiorentina have been really effective lately and are coming off a win that most likely saved them from relegation. They will now face another team that is fighting to move away from the red line, when they will host Torino on Sunday. Torino are also coming off a win but are not out of the woods just yet.

Fiorentina (9-12-12) were tremendous in their away match against Lecce, where they scored three first-half goals and even missed a penalty kick. They did concede a late goal but that 3-1 win kept them undefeated for the fourth consecutive match (2-0-2). Fiorentina are now sitting at the 13th spot of the league table with 39 points, ten ahead of the red line. However, they have been quite bad at home so far (3-6-8), going win-less in their last seven matches (0-2-5).

Torino (11-18-4) looked great in the defensive end after quite a while, and managed to beat Genoa by a solid 0-3 at home. They did have to score two late goals, but that was a crucial win for them. Even so, that was just their second win in their last six, losing the other four. Torino are sitting at the 15th spot of the league table with 37 points, just eight above the relegation zone. They have struggled to win on the road so far in the season (4-11-1), featuring the 4th worst away defense with 34 conceded goals.
