Torino at Benevento 1/22/21 - Serie A Picks & Predictions

Benevento are coming off a couple of really bad losses and will now look to bounce back. They will play host to Torino on Friday, who just recently made a change in coach but still remain inside the red zone.

Benevento (6-9-3) were really bad, and quite unlucky, in their away match against Crotone. They conceded four goals and only scored a consolation goal for the final 1-4 loss. That was their second consecutive loss by the same score and they have now lost three of their last four. Benevento are sitting at the 11th spot of the league table with 21 points, scoring 21 and conceding 34 goals in the process. They have not been anything special on the road so far (2-5-2), scoring 9 and conceding 18 goals.

Torino (2-9-7) are having another terrible season but they will try to fix it by changing their coach. However, they are coming off yet another bad performance, a goal-less draw at home against Spezia (who saw a red card at just the 8th minute). Torino are win-less in their last four and have won just once in their last 11 matches in all competitions (1-4-6). They are now sitting at the 18th spot of the league table with 13 points, scoring 26 but conceding 35 goals in the process. They have a 2-5-2 record on the road, with 13 goals for and 17 against.

Torino won both matches against Benevento when the two teams met in the 2017/18 season. However, they have some really bad performance issues this season (and last season too), that they can’t seem to shake off. Maybe the chance in coach did them some good, so I am taking my chances with the Draw No Bet here.
