Spain saw their winning streak come to an end when they visited Norway a couple of days ago. They will now remain in Scandinavia for their next match, as they will be hosted by Sweden on Tuesday. Sweden recorded a really nice win in their last match and will fight for some points here.
Spain (6-0-1) did not have a very easy job in Norway, where they eventually split the points in a 1-1 draw. They conceded a really frustrating late goal at the stoppage time for the final 1-1, which was the fair result. Spain are still leading the group with 19 points, five points ahead of the 2nd Sweden. They should be more careful in their away matches, having conceded three of their total four goals on the road.
Sweden (4-1-2) are coming into this match after a really comfortable 4-0 win on the road against Malta. They did take an early lead in that match, and even scored two penalty kicks in the second half to eventually win by 4-0. Sweden are sitting at the 2nd spot of Group F with 14 points, five behind Spain, one ahead of Romania and four ahead of Norway, with the two teams playing against each other in the other match of the group.
