Seattle are having yet another terrible start in the season and have already built up a lot of steam. They will be ready to explode when they will play host to Real Salt Lake on Saturday. Real Salt Lake have not been much better so far in the season and have actually struggled a lot lately with three losses in their last four matches.

Seattle (2-5-2) suffered a tough loss two weeks ago against the Portland Timbers, as they fell by 0-1 on the road in the first Cascadia Derby of the season. The Sounders have a real problem up front since losing Jordan Morris for the season and have scored just one goal in their last four (1-2-1). They are now sitting at the 11th spot of the Western Conference with 8 points, having scored just 7 goals so far, against 11 conceded. Their once impenetrable home has not been as strong so far in the season (1-2-1), where they have scored all of their three goals in a 1-3 win against Minnesota. Real Salt Lake (4-6-1) were destroyed in Philadelphia last week, where they fell by a harsh 1-4 against the Union. That was their third loss in their last four, having conceded at least two goals in each of those matches, a total of eleven in that span. Real Salt Lake are now sitting at the 9th spot of the Western Conference with 13 points. They have been horrible on the road so far (0-5-1), where they have conceded at least twice in their last five away matches, and at least three goals in four of them.
