Atlanta United have not been very solid at the start of the 2019 season but they are clearly affected by their involvement in the Champions League. They have been eliminated so they will now look for their first win of the season in the MLS when they will host Philadelphia on Sunday. Philadelphia have been really disappointing so far in the season, but also quite unlucky.

But in their next match they also failed to find their first win, as they were stuck at a 1-1 draw at home against newcomers Cincinnati. They took an early lead and where slightly better in what was a bad match overall. Their opponents managed to pull back even at the 86th minute for the final 1-1. Atlanta United have been eliminated from the Champions League so they should now focus on the MLS. Philadelphia Union (0-2-0) will surely be feeling frustrated about the way the season has started for them. They were really unlucky to lose by 3-1 at home against Toronto in the opener, where Philadelphia deserved at least a draw. In their other match they were hosted by Sporting KC and things went poorly again. They conceded an early goal and missed a chance to pull even from the penalty spot. They were left with 10 men at the 60th minute and scored an own goal at the 80th minute to lose by 0-2.
