Orlando City at Columbus Crew 6/29/19 - MLS Picks & Predictions

Columbus Crew have been in really awful shape in over two months now, and they are coming off a couple of losses. They will look to bounce back from that bad beat when they will host Orlando City on Saturday. Orlando City did great in the US Open Cup but returned to MLS duties with a loss.

Columbus Crew (5-10-2) met a really frustrating 1-0 loss at home against Sporting KC in their last match, a week after they were eliminated from the US Open Cup when they lost by 3-2 against Atlanta. Columbus Crew have now won just one of their last 11 MLS matches (1-9-1). As a result they have dropped to the 10th spot of the Eastern Conference with 17 points. They have been mediocre at home too (4-4-2), winning just once in their last five (1-3-1). Orlando City (5-8-3) also met a tough 0-1 loss on the road against DC United, as they played really good but conceded a miraculous goal by Rooney. Orlando City won both US Open Cup matches and have been in solid shape lately (3-2-1). But they are still 9th in the Eastern Conference with 18 points, four behind the playoffs. They haven’t been anything special on the road so far (2-4-2), keeping just two clean sheets.
